EEEEEEEEEK! here's everything you need to know about working with cait on your wedding day.
It's about more than hiring someone to hold a camera and "snap a few pics." Wedding photography is about carefully crafting and capturing the moments of your big day in a way that beautifully tells the story of your relationship.
After photographing nearly 100 weddings & elopements over the last few years, I've really come to value the unexpected, intimate moments that take place on a wedding day.
The hug your mom gives you before you leave your dressing room. The tear that falls down his cheek when he sees you walking down the aisle. The way the two of you lean your heads together during the toasts.
This day is about more than the flowers and the shoes you chose. It's about celebrating the start of a new family. It's an honor to play a part in such a significant day and I hope you'll choose me to be a part of yours!

From there, we'll set up a time to grab coffee and exchange dad jokes to make sure we're compatible!

AND NOW THE FUN BEGINS
After our coffee date, you and your boo will talk everything over. When you're ready to book you'll pay a retainer fee and sign a contract to reserve your date.
Once we're set, I'll send over a few goodies to help you prepare for the big day. You can count on me to be your biggest resource [and cheerleader] in the wedding planning process!

it's time for your close up!
Even if you think you don't need an engagement session, YOU DO! Even if you had one with someone else, YOU STILL NEED ONE WITH ME! This practice is invaluable to getting beautiful, efficient portraits on the wedding day. The session can take place anywhere from immediately following a proposal to just a few days before the wedding.

about two months out, we'll make the plan.
I'll send you so many helpful guides and tidbits of advice as you count down to the big day. A few weeks before the wedding, we'll start chatting about the timeline, special details, family formal shot lists, special traditions, and anything else I should know about your big day. When we're done with this conversation, we'll be completely prepared!

The day you've been dreaming about and planning for relentlessly is FINALLY here! You will spend the day with your boo loving on each other, saying "I Do", and dancing the night away surrounded by your family and friends.
And I'll be there every step of the way capturing all the little moments. It's going to be awesome.

One day, four to six weeks after the wedding, you'll open your email app on your phone expecting to find some spam, and instead, you'll get a gift that will last you a lifetime.
Your professionally retouched photos will be delivered in a shareable online gallery that you can visit until your heart's content.

I hope the relationship doesn't end after I deliver your wedding photographs. I want to hear about allllllll the adventures of married life.
If you decide to have kids, I'd love to document your growing family. So many of my past #CPCcouples come back for maternity, newborn, and family portraits!
